From discovery to diagnosis, here's exactly what to expect.

    Discover approved doctors
    Search the public directory by name, specialty, language, visit type, gender, or availability. Only doctors who are approved, accepting patients, and have verified credentials are shown.
  2. 02
    Create and verify your account
    Patient registration requires email verification. Your chosen doctor and time remain saved while you confirm access to your account.
  3. 03
    Complete identity verification
    Before paying for an appointment, your patient profile must have an approved identity submission. If approval is pending, your booking selection remains available.
  4. 04
    Review and pay securely
    Review the final LKR total, reserve the slot for checkout, and pay through PayHere. The appointment is confirmed only after payment is verified.

    Attend your consultation online
    Once payment is verified, use your patient workspace to join the secure video consultation and access all appointment communications.

    After confirming, review your appointment summary including doctor details and consultation fee.

    Reserve Your Time

    Your selected appointment time is held for 15 minutes while checkout is active.

    Pay and Confirm

    Pay the final total through PayHere. MediConnect confirms the appointment after the backend verifies payment.

  4. 04

    Join Consultation

    At the scheduled time, join the secure video room directly from your patient dashboard.
